William Frank Fink, of Harrington, DE, passed away on January 26, 2022.  He was 75 years old.  Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late John Edward and Sophie Catherine (Cerpinski) Fink, Sr.  He was also the beloved husband of Deborah (Hreha) Fink.

Bill proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps and worked as a postal worker until his retirement.  He loved to dance and shoot pool.  He was also a die-hard San Francisco 49ers fan.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his three daughters, Deborah Lynn Fink of Felton, DE, Jennifer (Fink) O'Neill (Michael) of Downingtown, PA, and Catherine Dawn Fink of Camden, DE; four stepdaughters, Deborah Thomas (Shaun) of Secane, PA, Mary Lewis (Jake) of Ridley Park, PA, Samantha Norris (Jeremy) of Ridley Park, and Pamela Long (Eric) of Drexel Hill; five grandchildren, Jacky, Julianna, Michael, Jr., Mathew, and Ryan; one great grandchild, Sasha; 13 step grandchildren; one step great grandchild; and one sister, Rhoda Bielman.   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Edward Fink, Jr.; and two sisters, Betty Jane Sperduto and Barbara "Bonnie" Roi.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, February 7, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Oliver H. Bair Funeral Chapel, 8500 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082.  A memorial service will follow at 1:00 PM in the Chapel.  Interment with military honors will follow the service in Montrose Cemetery, Upper Darby, PA.   Services will also begin livestreaming at 1:00 PM on https://www.facebook.com/OliverBair/ .
