William Leroy Clovis, M.D., of Philadelphia, died at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania on Thursday, July 31, 2014. He was 81 years old. Born in Waynesburg, Pa., he was the son of the late Leroy William and May (Phillips) Clovis. Dr. Clovis was a psychiatrist in Philadelphia.
