William Freddie Bowen, Jr.'s Obituary
William Freddie Bowen, Jr., of Philadelphia, passed away at the Sacred Heart Home in Philadelphia on Saturday, April 18, 2015. He was 67 years old. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of William Freddie, Sr. and Ruby Lee Brickle Bowen. William is survived by his three sisters Cheryl Derrickson, Deborah Scott, and Barbara Bowen; and his partner Maryann Dallas. Services will be private. Arrangements are by The Oliver H.
