William Meredith Allen, 73, of Philadelphia, passed away on May 13, 2020. He was born in Philadelphia to the late Grace Newton.

William is survived by his fiance Donna Mattei. In addition to his long time partner, Donna, he is survived by his daughter Kate Allen-Cottone, sister Rose Juliano, nephews Joseph and Albert Juliano, cousins Marlene Valloreo and Joseph Hunter and goddaughter Angeline Dorothea Barnes.

William served in the United States Army from 1968 to 1970. Later William worked as a Truck Driver. He was proud to be a Teamster.

Funeral services for William will be private.
