Tamara L. Kallman, of Philadelphia, died on March 8, 2014. She was 73 years old. Born in Latvia, she was the daughter of Irene (Eiglitz) Jaumzems and worked as an artist. Ms. Kallman is survived by her daughter Mara Kallman McElheney of Philadelphia. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements by The Oliver H. Bair Funeral Home. (215) 563-1580.
