Stephen Telly Simmons's Obituary
Stephen Telly Simmons, of Linwood, PA, passed away at Crozer Chester Medical Center on August 21, 2016. He was 41 years old. Born in Chester, he was the son of Judith Simmons and the late William R. Simmons, Jr.
Stephen worked as a cosmetologist. In addition to his Mother, he is survived by two sisters, Jennifer Michalec (Paul) and Michelle German; and one brother, David Simmons.
