Mr. Robert Shaffner, of Philadelphia, passed away at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood on Monday, January 23, 2012. He was 97 years old. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Edward L. and Caroline (Stewart) Shaffner. Services for Mr. Shaffner will be private. Arrangements by The Oliver H. Bair Co. (215) 563-1580
