Robert "Bob" Paul Kinney, Sr. of Springfield passed away on November 28, 2022. He was 85 years old. Born in DeRuyter, NY, he was the son of the late Paul and Elizabeth "Betty" Kinney. He was also the beloved husband of Joan (Stassel) Kinney and the late Sarah Elizabeth Kinney.

Bob proudly served in the United States Navy and worked as a sign painter for SEPTA until his retirement. He loved NASCAR and was an avid collector of car banks displaying hundreds of them in his home. He also enjoyed collecting guns and old knives and watching movies with his wife, Joan.

In addition to his wife, he leaves on this Earth to carry on his legacy his son, Jeffrey "Jeff" M. Kinney (Patrice) of Elkton, MD; daughter, Elizabeth "Beth" Mirarchi (Charles "Chuck") of North Wildwood, NJ; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; stepdaughter-in-law, Michelle Todd; sister-in-law, Nancy (Woody); and several step nephews and nieces. In addition to his parents and first wife, he was predeceased by his two sons, Robert Kinney, Jr. and Gregory S. Kinney; and stepson, Michael Todd.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Christ Church Ridley Park, 104 Nevin Street, Ridley Park, PA 19078. A funeral service will follow in the church at 11:00am. Interment with military honors will be held in Cumberland Cemetery, Media.
