Robert D. Andre, of Willow Grove, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2015 at the Garden Spring Center in Willow Grove. He was 68 years old. Born in Camden, New Jersey, Mr. Andre worked as an electrician for many years. He also served as a sharpshooter in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Mr. Andre's burial will be private in Washington's Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, Pa. Arrangements are by The Oliver H. Bair Funeral Home. (610) 449-8585.
