Raymond G. Devlin, of Frederick, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, June 23, 2017.  He was 85 years old.  Born in the Olney section of Philadelphia, he was the son of the late James and Lillian Quigley.  He was also the beloved husband of Rosalie "Joan" (Schukraft) Devlin for 68 years.

Raymond proudly served as a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. He also worked in the automotive industry and as an outside insurance appraiser for Prudential Insurance.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his four children, William J. Devlin (Patricia), of Aledo, TX; Thomas R. Devlin (Rebecca), of Freemansburg, PA; Judith A. Wonderly (James), of Quakertown; and Kathleen J. O'Brien (John), of Douglassville; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and two sisters, Patricia Tait and Sister Lillian Devlin, S.S.J.

Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service celebrating Raymond's life on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 1:30pm in the auditorium of Frederick Living, 2849 Big Road, Frederick, PA 19435.  A visitation with the family will precede the service from 1:00pm to 1:30pm in the auditorium. Interment private.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Raymond's name are requested to the charity of your choice.
