Phyllis (Blair) Totaro, of Swarthmore, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2020 at home surrounded by her family. She was 81 years old. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late James and Jessie (Holburn) Blair. She was also the beloved wife of Domnick Totaro for 42 years.

Phyllis was a loving and generous wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be dearly missed by her children, Michelle Phyllis DeCaro and Dana Shaffer (Brian); and five grandchildren, Diana DeCaro, Melissa Billingsley, Phillip Hiferty, Mathew Shaffer and Jillian Shaffer. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two children, Stephen DeCaro and Sandra Hilferty.

Due to the current pandemic and restrictions on public gatherings, funeral services will be private for the immediate family.
