Patricia A. Waters passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Fox Subacute at Clara Burke in Plymouth Meeting. She was 58 years old. Ms. Waters is survived by her one son, four brothers, and one sister. Interment in Montrose Cemetery, Upper Darby, PA. Arrangements are by The Oliver H. Bair Funeral Home. (610) 449-8585.
