Maureen C.(Cassidy) Homan, of Red Hill, passed away in her home at the Upper Perkiomen Manor on Saturday, January 11, 2014. She was 81 years old. Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Homan was the daughter of the late Joseph and Laura (Rogozinski) Cassidy. She was also the beloved wife of Martin E. Homan, who died in 1995. Mrs. Homan worked as a homemaker, at Bucks County Bank, and as a Real Estate agent. She is survived by her one daughter April (Brad) Blair of Humboldt, IA; four sons Martin (Maryanne) of Laceyville, PA; Eric (Cheryl) of Crosby, PA; Daniel of Schnecksville, PA; and Matthew (Tina) of Green Lane, PA; 16 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be held at 12 Noon on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at St. Philip Neri Church, 1325 Klinerd Rd., Pennsburg, PA 18073. A viewing will precede Mass from 11AM to 12 Noon in the church vestibule. Interment will follow Mass in Holy Cross Cemetery, Pennsburg. In lieu of flowers, Maureen requested that donations be made to Disabled American Veterans (DAV), P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301.
