Mary L. (nee Sailer) Plakis, 92, of Erdenheim, passed away on December 10, 2015 at Keystone Hospice. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph V. Plakis, Sr., who passed away on April 14, 2001. She taught for many years in the Archdiocese of Phila. and retired in 1991 from St. Timothy's School.

She is survived by her three sons Joseph V., Jr. (Christina), Anthony (Lori), and Gerard; six grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Wed., Dec. 16, 2015 at St. Genevieve Parish, 1225 Bethlehem Pk., Flourtown, PA 19031. A Viewing will precede Mass from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the church. Interment in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to: Keystone Hospice, 8765 Stenton Ave., Wyndmoor, PA 19038.
