Mary (Mae) (nee Shinn) Lewis of Swarthmore passed away on May 12, 2011 at Delaware County Memorial Hospital at the age of 88. Mrs. Lewis is survived by her daughter Patricia (Robert) Speakman of Swarthmore, her son Lorenzo (Margaret) Lewis of Upper Darby, sister Esther Stone, brother Harry Shinn, 11 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her daughters, Esther and Lorraine. A memorial Mass celebrating Mae's life will be held on Thurs., May 19 at 11am at St. Laurence R.C. Church, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby. A visitation with the family will precede Mass at the church from 10am to 11am. Interment will be in Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
