Marvin B. Powell, Sr., of Philadelphia, passed away at Cheltenham York Nursing & Rehabilitation Center on Friday, November 17, 2017. He was 61 years old. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Barbara Wilson.
Mr. Powell is survived by his partner, Euphenia Terry; and his two sons, Marvin Powell, Jr. and Michael Powell.
