Marion F. Dempsey-Geary of Rosemont, 84, formerly of Yeadon and Lansdowne for many years, died on Monday, May 26, 2008. She was a retired Vice President for the Broadcast Advertising Reports Co. (BAR) in West Goshen, PA. She was an accomplished artist and her work was enjoyed by many. She enjoyed traveling and spending summers in Ocean City, NJ. She was preceded in death by her loving husbands Leroy Dempsey and Walter Geary and her daughter Carol Leyfert. She is survived by her daughter Diane Ciarochi (Steve) of St. Croix, VI; grandchildren, David Burns (Linda), Denise Henderson (Thomas), Raoul Leyfert and Danielle Scott (George); great grandchildren, Kelly Ridgway (Shawn), Sean Burns, Caitlin Henderson, Julia Henderson, Keira Scott and Shea Scott; and one great great granddaughter, Makayla Burns. She is also survived by members of her second family: Nancy Pereira, Elizabeth Davison, Charles M. Johnson, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
