Margaret W. (nee Williams) Cooper, of Philadelphia, passed away at Luther Ridge Assisted Living in Pottsville on Monday, October 1, 2012. She was 94 years old. Born in Scranton, she was the loving wife of the late Norman Cooper who passed away in 2005. A private crypt-side service and entombment will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens in King of Prussia. Arrangements by The Oliver H. Bair Co. (215) 563-1580
