Lucille O'Neal (nee Cypert), of West Chester, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Wellington Terrace. She was 91 years old. Born in Severs, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Creighton and Stella (Wimpey) Cypert. Ms. O'Neal worked as a homemaker and is survived by her daughter Brenda (John) Nixon of Newtown Square, son Gary O'Neal, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, sister Doris of Arkansas, and brother Roy Lee of Oklahoma. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 3:30 PM at Cumberland Cemetery, 447 N. Middletown Road (Rt. 352), Lima, PA. Arrangements are by The Oliver H. Bair Funeral Home.
