Louise S. Maehara's Obituary
Louise S. (Sassai) Maehara passed away peacefully in her home in Philadelphia on Friday, April 15, 2016. She was 101 years old. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, she was the beloved wife of the late Sabouro Maehara and the daughter of the late Tamaha and Kozu (Zino) Sassai.
Mrs. Maehara was a social worker and is survived by her daughter, Miki S. Rotman, of Philadelphia. She will be inurned with her husband in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii.
