Lorraine Klemenc Hill, of Pell City, AL, passed away on June 16, 2017.  She was 58 years old.  Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of Elmer Rudolph Klemenc (Mary) and the late Jean Lee Hoff.  She was also the loving wife of Lindsay Robert Hill.

Lorraine was a beloved middle school science teacher at Duran Junior High North in Pell City.  In addition to her husband, father and stepmother, she is survived by her daughter, Jillian Van Ells, and her husband, Bradley Wible, of Baltimore, MD; son, Jesse Lewis Hill, of New Orleans, LA; one grandson, Jasper Wible; one granddaughter, Ruby Wible; three sisters, Ann Mersmann, Mary Mayo, and Kay Hornick; and one brother, John Klemenc.

A memorial service celebrating Lorraine's life will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 11:00am at the Brook Coffeehouse, 4204 Martin Street South, Pell City, AL 35054 with a visitation following.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Lakeside Hospice, PO Box 544, Pell City, AL 35125, or D. Duran Junior High School North, 309 Williamson Drive, Pell City, AL 35125, Attn: Mr. Garris or Tina Montgomery.  Please include on the check memo line "8th Grade Science Dept".
