Loretta Virginia Shay's Obituary
Loretta V. Shay, 69, of Upper Darby, died on Oct. 29. Survived by 4 sons, Edward (Elizabeth) Haldeman of Sumter, SC., Francis C. Frame of Tampa, FL., Major Paul (Karin) Davis of Wiesbaden, Germany and Raymond Frame and 1 daughter Joyce (Lewis) Broomell of Stratford, NJ, 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A memorial svc. will be held on Thursday, Nov. 5, at the Oliver H. Bair Funeral Home, 8500 W. Chester Pk. Upper Darby, PA at 1:00 PM. Visitation with the family at 11:30 AM at the funeral home. Int. is private.
