Born in Rockaway Beach, NY, Mrs. Kemp was the daughter of the late John Lawrence Cronin and the late Catherine Matilda (Hall) Cronin.
Mrs. Kemp was a retired clerical secretary. She is survived by her daughter Stacey Longazel of Woxall, PA.
