Konstantinos Papakonstantinou, of Upper Darby, passed away surrounded by his family on January 3, 2021.  He was 75 years old.  Born in Athens, Greece, he was the son of the late Christos and Kondelia (Angelopoulos) Papakonstantinou. He was also the beloved husband of Christina (Mylonas) Papakonstantinou.

Konstantinos worked as a custodian for Marple Newtown School District and was a devoted member of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Upper Darby.  He loved his family more than anything. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Kondelia "Delia" Papadopoulos (Evangelos); son, Christos Papakonstantinou (Jennie); five grandchildren, Vasiliki, Christina, Konstantine, Evangelia, and Hazel Eleni; brother, Milton; sister, Martha; and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Anastasia.
