Kenneth Charles Hatcher, of Philadelphia, passed away in his home on December 7, 2018.  He was 70 years old.  Born in Lexington, Virginia, he was the son of the late Charles Francis and Waltina (Gilliam) Hatcher.

Mr. Hatcher served in the United States Marine Corps and worked for many years as a meter reader for the City of Philadelphia.  He is survived by his longtime partner, Fran Manier, and his children.
