Katherine (Connie) Teresa Totaro (nee Taggart), 88, of Swarthmore, formerly of Aston, passed away on Saturday, September 6, 2014 after a long illness. She was the widow of Rocco Totaro, Sr., who passed away in 1999. Mrs. Totaro is survived by her son Domnick Totaro (Phyllis); daughter Lois Totaro Gatta (John); son Rocco Totaro, Jr.; six grandchildren Dana Totaro Shaffer (Brian), Michael Totaro, Justin Henry, Robert Totaro, Anthony Totaro and Christina Totaro; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Dorothy Novelli (Anthony) and brother Frank Taggart (Marie). Relatives and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass at the Church of St. Joseph, 3255 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014 on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 11AM. A visitation with the family will be held from 10 AM to 11 AM at the church. Interment in Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA 19064.
