Josephine H. (Medzie) McGroarty, of Pennsburg, passed away at the Pennsburg Manor on Wednesday, April 22, 2015. She was 89 years old. Born in Morrisdale, PA to George and Mary (Demko) Medzie, she worked for many years as a clothing inspector. Ms. McGroarty is survived by her daughter Debbie Mang, of Pennsburg; son James McGroarty, of Plymouth, MI; one granddaughter Amy Sulger; one grandson Daniel (Tracy) Sulger; one great grandson Jayson Sulger; and one brother Charlie (Donna) Medzie also not to be excluded her grand doggie Snuggles. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her three brothers and two sisters. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 1:00pm at Quaker Green Community Center, 300 Quakers Way, Quakertown, PA 18951. Arrangements are by Monaghan Funeral Home, Red Hill.
