Joseph James Welsh's Obituary
Joseph James Welsh died at the VNA Hospice of Greater Philadelphia on April 29, 2014. He was 59 years old. Mr. Welsh served in the United States Army and worked in automotive sales. He is survived by his son Brian J. Welsh, and his brother Michael Kaleta. Funeral services are pending. Arrangements are by the Oliver H. Bair & Monaghan Funeral Homes. (610) 449-8585
