Jose Castillo, M.D. died on Monday, May 25, at his home. He is survived by his wife Nelia T. Castillo, his son Arturo Castillo (Gabriela)of Los Angeles, CA, his daughter Isela Castillo (Annette Gardner) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and his two sisters Elvira and Amparo Castillo both of Chalco, Mexico.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 28 at the BRINGHURST FUNERAL HOME, 225 Belmont Ave in Bala Cynwyd. A viewing from 2PM to 4PM and 6PM to 8PM with a Memorial Service at 7PM.
