John Edward McMonigle, Jr., of Brookhaven, passed away at his home on Friday, October 28, 2011. He was 69 years old. Born in Darby, PA, he was the loving son of the late John, Sr. and Dorothy (Henne). Mr. McMonigle served in the United States Navy and worked as a technician for AT&T for 32 years. He is survived by his children Debra (Steve) McMonigle Whalen of Independence, KY, John III of Bunkie, LA, Lisa McMonigle Corrado, Marsha McMonigle Alekel both of Wilmington, DE and eight grandchildren. A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, November 4, 2011 at 2:30PM at Montrose Cemetery, 8504 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA.
