John "Jack" R. Jackominic, Sr., of Philadelphia, passed away at Lankenau Hospital on November 27, 2018.  He was 68 years old.  Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Oechsle) Jackominic.

Jack worked as a mechanic for many years.  He loved animals and enjoyed fishing.  He is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Cuddahy) Jackominic, of Philadelphia; two daughters, Kristi Micozzi (Alessandro), of Broomall, and Lori Domino (Jay), of Fairless Hills; one son, John Jackominic, Jr., of Levittown; and four grandchildren, Joseph Micozzi, Alexa Micozzi, Andrew Domino, and Logan Jackominic. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his three brothers, Robert, James and Edward Jackominic.

Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 7PM to 9PM in The Oliver H. Bair Funeral Chapel, 8500 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082.  A prayer service will be held at 8:30 PM in the Chapel.  Interment private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Jack's name to the Philadelphia SPCA, 1546 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19125.
