Janis "John" L. D'Carlo, of Upper Darby, passed away at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania on Saturday, April 12, 2014. He was 59 years old. Born in Philadelphia, John was the son of Ilona (Lemkins) D'Carlo, of Upper Darby, and the late Peter D'Carlo. John served in the United States Air Force and worked as an auditor for the United States Government. In addition to his Mother, he is survived by his brothers Peteris D'Carlo (Erika) of Denver, CO and Adris D'Carlo (Maneeya) of Bangkok, China; and his sister Lija Barnett of Elizabeth City, NC.
