Janice Kuchka Cox of Philadelphia passed away peacefully on September 5, 2022. She was 74 years old.  Born in Berwick, PA, she was the daughter of the late Michael Harry and Mary (Yedinak) Kuchka. She was also the beloved wife of Douglas Lynn Cox for 53 years.

Janice worked as a hospital registered nurse for 44 years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by son, David (Lisa); daughter, Kristen Santiago (David); sister, Judith Millner (Donald); brother, Michael Kuchka; aunt, Helen Beily; grandchildren Charlotte Cox, Lucy Santiago, Alice Cox, and Harrison Santiago; and several nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at Old Pine Street Church, 412 Pine Street, Philadelphia, at 10:00 am on October 1, 2022. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Janice's name to LUNGevity.org.
