Born in Lansdale, he was the son of Bill and Rhonda Guzewicz. Jake is also survived by his older sister Jenna. He was a 2009 graduate of North Penn High School and worked as a mechanic's assistant at Keenan Motors. Jake lived a short but happy life and he will be remembered by all who knew him.

A funeral Mass will celebrate Jake's life at 12 Noon on Tues. June 8, 2010 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rt. 152 and Broad St., Hilltown, PA. A viewing will precede Mass from 10AM to 12 Noon.
