Helen Edgerton, of Philadelphia, passed away on December 25, 2014 at VITAS Hospice in Philadelphia. She was 99 years old. Born in New York City, she was the beloved wife of the late James Albert Edgerton. Mrs. Edgerton worked as a practical nurse and is survived by her daughter Maria Preston. A Memorial Service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at the Olivet Covenant Presbyterian Church, 22nd & Mt. Vernon Sts., Philadelphia, PA 19130.
