Gloria F. Harpel, 79, of Pennsburg, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2011 at Pennsburg Manor. She was the loving wife of the late Kenneth H. Harpel. The couple had been married for 50 years. Mrs. Harpel worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant at Pennsburg Manor for 15 years. She was also an active member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Red Hill. She taught Sunday school, sung in the church choir and served as a member of the Health Advocate Team. Mrs. Harpel was very close to her family and they will miss her dearly. She is survived by her two daughters Camille H. Marion and her husband Paul M., M.D. of Pennsburg, PA and Lori A. Burnley and her husband Jeffrey C. of Palm, PA. She is also survived by her four grandchildren Elizabeth A. Marion, Sarah J. Marion, Rachael M. Marion and Adam J. Burnley. Funeral services will be held on Wed., March 16, 2011 at 11AM at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, St. Paul's Church & Frye Rds, Red Hill, PA. A viewing will precede the service from 10AM -11AM at the church. Interment will be in St. Paul's Cemetery, Red Hill, PA.
