George Joseph Frescoln, of Secane, passed away surrounded by his family on Tuesday, April 17, 2018.  He was 75 years old. Born in Philadelphia to the late George and Catherine Mary (Kunkle) Frescoln, he was the beloved husband of Frances (Hawkins) Frescoln for 54 years.

George worked for Hartz Mountain for 17 years.  He also owned Delco Billiards for many years.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, golfing, and fishing. He was also considered an expert in playing pool and won many championships.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, George D. Frescoln, of Philadelphia, Charlene Frescoln Bonnor (Kyle), of Williamstown, NJ, Stephen Frescoln (Noel), of Essington, Philip Frescoln (Michelle), of Collingdale, Jennifer Frescoln, of Collingdale, and Drew F. Frescoln, of Essington; 10 grandchildren; and two brothers, John Frescoln, of Drexel Hill, and Edward Frescoln (Margaret), of Chester Heights.  In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his son, Joseph Allen Frescoln; and two sisters Catherine Frescoln and Mary Frescoln.

Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 12 Noon at The Oliver H. Bair Funeral Home, 8500 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082.  A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, April 27, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 2130 Franklin Avenue, Morton, PA 19070.  A visitation will precede Mass from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the church.  Interment will be private.   In lieu of flowers, donations in George's name are requested to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
