Fred A. Smith, of Red Hill, passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Pennsburg Manor. He was 77 years old. Born in Chester, PA, he was the loving husband of the late Alice A. (nee Taylor) Smith who passed away in 2002. Mr. Smith worked at AEL Corp. for many years. He is survived by his three daughters Linda DiMarcello (David) of E. Greenville, Cindi Swoyer of Allentown, and Susan Mumbauer (Michael Bechtel) of Pennsburg; his two sons Daniel Smith (Christina) of Pennsburg, and Timothy Buynak-Smith of Green Lane; and his eight grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2PM on Monday, June 4, 2012 at East Swamp Mennonite Church, 2405 East Swamp Road, Quakertown, PA 18951. A visitation with the family will precede the service from 1PM to 2PM at the church. Interment will immediately follow in the church cemetery.
