Frank E. Gifford, born Sept 12, 1939, passed away on November 14, 2020.  He was 81 years old.  Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Frank and Norma (DiCecco) Gifford.

Frank was a retired Philadelphia Police Officer, where he served for more than 25 years.   He is survived by sister, Diane (Gifford) Esposito, and brothers, Ralph (Martha) Gifford and Edmond Gifford.  He had numerous nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews whom he loved very much.

Funeral services will be private for the family. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the St. Joseph's Indian School, PO Box 326, Chamberlain, SD 57326.
