Frances A. Smith, of Philadelphia, passed away on March 16, 2016. She was 98 years old. Born in Brooklyn, New York, to James and Johannah (Storz) Smith, she was a long-time resident of Cathedral Village. She also worked in management for AT&T.
Ms. Smith is survived by her nephew Clement D. Tunney, of Jamaica, New York, and many friends. Funeral services will be private.
