Eve-Ann (nee Jones) Wilson of Philadelphia passed away on November 4, 2023.  She was 87 years old.  She was the daughter of the late Walter "Raymond" and Florence (nee Argast) Jones and beloved wife of James R. Wilson, Jr. for 53 years.

Eve-Ann was raised in Maplewood, NJ, and earned her bachelor's degree in fine arts from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).  In addition to being an artist, she worked as a teacher and real estate broker.  She was most proud, however, of her work as a mother and homemaker.   She loved animals, especially her cats, gardening, history, and most of all, her family.

In addition to her husband, she will be dearly missed by her two daughters, Suzanne Wilson of New York, NY and Diantha Redd (Dorn Lee Redd, Jr.) of Rye, NY; and three grandsons, Dorn Lee Redd, III, Wilson Winters Redd, and James Winters Wilson.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Eve-Ann's name to your local ASPCA or adopt an animal in her memory.
