Mrs. Elsie H. Faulconer, of Philadelphia, passed away at the Good Shepherd Penn Partners Hospice in Philadelphia on June 17, 2015. She was 100 years old. Born in Schofield, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Henry and Dorothy (King) Uhlman. Funeral Services will be private. Arrangements are by The Oliver H. Bair Funeral Home. (215) 563-1580
