Elizabeth "Betty" Allen passed away peacefully at her home in Philadelphia on Monday, October 1, 2012. She was 88 years old. Born in Philadelphia, Betty was the daughter of the late Emerson and Frances (nee Huggard) Allen. A funeral Mass will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, October 5, 2012 at St. Francis de Sales Church, 4625 Springfield Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19143.
