Elaine Weil (nee Friedmann), of Wyndmoor, passed away at Ivy Hill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on July 29, 2013. She was 93 years old. Elaine is survived by her granddaughter Dr. Anne Moses and her husband Ray Buffalo, great granddaughters Violet and Delilah Buffalo, and son-in-law Harry Moses.
