Donald R. Ohl, Sr., of Zionsville, PA, passed away at his home on December 25, 2010. He was 76. Born in Limeport, PA, Mr. Ohl was the son of Helen M. (Stauffer) Ohl of Coopersburg, PA and the late Ralph E. Ohl. He was also the loving husband of Evelyn S. (Haberle) Ohl of Zionsville. Mr. Ohl served in the Army National Guard and worked as a machinist in the manufacturing business for 37 years. Along with his mother and wife, Mr. Ohl is also survived by his five children: Dennis D. (Marilyn) of Souderton, PA, Mary O. (Scott) Stevenson of Fleetwood, PA, Donald R., Jr. (Francesca) of Bethlehem, PA, Daniel C.A. (Alma) of Center Valley, PA and Rebecca Ohl (Michael) Maney of Ft. Collins, CO. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one sister Virginia Watkins of Coopersburg, PA. A memorial service celebrating Mr. Ohl's life will be held on Saturday, January 8th, 2011 at 11:00AM at Calvary Bible Fellowship Church, 6782 North Main Street, Coopersburg, PA 18036. A family visitation will precede the service from 9:45AM to 11:00AM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2166 South 12th Street, Allentown, PA 18103.
