Deborah Charlene Olivier was born in Seattle, Washington on March 19, 1958 and was the daughter of the late Charles F. and Sylvia F. Olivier.  She passed away on September 29, 2022 at the age of 64 years.

Deborah graduated from Seattle University.  She started to develop a passion for accounting while working at her father's restaurants in Seattle.  Deborah led a successful career with various management positions in accounting within the healthcare industry.

Deborah was a strong Christian who loved the Lord.  Her favorite bible verse was Hebrews 10:38. The Just Shall Live by Faith.  Deborah had a very big heart. She helped people in need.  She provided shelter to those who needed a place to live and assisted others to gain stable employment.

Deborah enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.  She was very talented with her hands, making jewelry, and sewing.  Deborah also had a small handcrafted jewelry business.

She is survived by her three children, Joseph C. Olivier of Upper Darby, Elizabeth Jones of Philadelphia and Shane R. Olivier of Sioux Falls, SD; five grandchildren, Tayia Christiansen, Charity Arens, Joseph Olivier, Jr., Sylvia R. Olivier, and Sela Olivier; seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Sylvia T. Olivier and Alesia Olivier; two brothers, Charles Olivier III and Lawrence Olivier; and life partner, Major William "Bill" Jones.

We celebrate Deborah's life as she left an everlasting memory with everyone who knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 6pm to 8pm at the Oliver H. Bair Funeral Chapel, 8500 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082.  A viewing will also be held on Friday, October 14, 2022 from 10am to 11am at the Oliver H. Bair Funeral Chapel.  A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 11am. Interment will follow the service in Montrose Cemetery, Upper Darby.
