Deborah R. Jackson, 74, of Philadelphia, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2020. She was the beloved daughter of Cleo Livingston.
Deborah is survived by her sister, Eileen Gibbons (Ikie), of Philadelphia.
Due to current health restrictions on gatherings and social distancing funeral services will be private.
