David Lee Moyer, age 50, of Hereford, Berks County, PA, died at home on Sunday, October 2, 2016. Born in Sellersville, PA on August 6, 1966 to the late Darwin L. & Phyllis (Breyer) Moyer.

Mr. Moyer is survived by his wife, Laura (Chuklochik); three sons, Devon (Jennifer), Kyle and Tyler; one grandchild, Nathan; and two brothers, William (Donna) and Troy (Cheryl) ​ .
