David Silverwood Gross, Sr., 84, of Perkiomenville, passed away in Season's Hospice on January 22, 2018.  Born in Norristown, he was the son of the late Carl and Doris (Silverwood) Gross.  He was also the beloved husband of Grace (Cressman) Gross for 48 years.

Mr. Gross proudly served in US Army and worked as a salesman in the agriculture industry. He was also a member of the VFW and NRA.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, David S. Gross, Jr., of Perkiomenville; two stepsons, Colonel John T. Rahm, of Oriental, NC, and James K. Rahm, of Allentown; and four step grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 3206 Big Road, Zieglerville, PA 19492.  A calling hour will precede the service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the church.  Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.   In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to St. Luke's Lutheran Church, see address above.
