Darlene Maria (Jackson) Fisher, 62, of Plymouth Meeting, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2020.  Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Alfonso and late Helen (Johnson) Jackson. She was also the wife of the late James Abner Fisher, Sr. Her grandmother Simone L. Johnson preceded her in death.

Darlene is survived by her daughters, Lakeyta and Alicia Jackson, and her son, James Fisher, Jr.   She is also survived by her brother, Alfonso Jackson, and her sister, Charmaine Jackson; and six grandchildren,  one great granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She attended the Philadelphia School District schools, graduating from Kensington High School.

She was a resident at Aristacare since 2005, where she had many friends.

She will be remembered for her humor, her loving care for others, and her enjoyment of music, especially Smokey Robinson.  She loved Jesus, and committed her life to Christ.

Due to current health restrictions on gatherings and social distancing, a memorial service will be held at a later date.  Interment will take place in Mount Lawn Cemetery in Sharon Hill.
